At Dancing Plus Gymnastics we believe that dance, gymnastics, boxing and other fitness activities should be fun and challenging.  We will push you to ACHIEVE whatever has been just out of your reach - from back handsprings to grand jetes to losing 25 pounds. 

Exercise and fitness are more than a sixty minute class.  They extend beyond time spent at the studio or in the gym.  They become a way of life where not only do you learn a new skill, but you learn the discipline and dedication it takes to achieve whatever DREAMS you have.  And sometimes you need a little help or motivation to keep you going.

We offer a variety of dance, gymnastics and fitness classes for children, teens and adults.  Give us a call or stop by and see how much fun and rewarding fitness can really be.  You will never go back to the gym.
What's Happening
Fall Registration Has Begun!  We have expanded our class offerings.  We have more dance classes, including a new instructor whose focus is hip-hop. Our acrodance class is now available on Thursdays and Fridays as well as a new Contortion class which you can try for free for the first two weeks of September.  In addition, we have an exciting new Parkour class for kids ages 7 -12 on Saturday.  We also have jump rope fitness and boxing fitness classes for kids.  Use the online calendar to see our schedule or give us a call at 516-771-2700 to make an appointment. You can also stop by between 6 pm and 8 pm during the week (Saturday 10 am to 3 pm). See you soon!
