At Dancing Plus Gymnastics we believe that dance, gymnastics, boxing and other fitness activities should be fun and challenging. We will push you to ACHIEVE whatever has been just out of your reach - from back handsprings to grand jetes to losing 25 pounds.
Exercise and fitness are more than a sixty minute class. They extend beyond time spent at the studio or in the gym. They become a way of life where not only do you learn a new skill, but you learn the discipline and dedication it takes to achieve whatever DREAMS you have. And sometimes you need a little help or motivation to keep you going.

Fri. Gymnastics, Cheer & Tap - Fun Dance Crafts
Summer Full Day Program ~ July 6 to August 14
This is a full-day program that includes tumbling and dance as well as other fun activities. Student's will improve flexibility, strength, stamina and performance quality in a challenging and nurturing environment. The program concludes with a performance by all participants. Last two weeks include a dance intensive, which can be taken separately.
